If you’re reading this now on your P.C. , it is at least stable enough to maintain an internet connection so we can initiate a remote support session. This allows us to see your computer screen and control your mouse and keyboard as though we’re right there… only faster.
While this service is a great convenience saving time and energy, it does require some basic intervention with you, the client, from time to time during servicing.
Some issues require Onsite assistance. We’re local to the Southwest Denver metro area and usually limited to that area for Onsite service for issues that cannot be addressed Online.
P.C. hardware failures, lack of an internet connection, network headaches are some reasons you may require Onsite assistance. We’ll come to your home or office sparing you the time and agony of unplugging, packing up and standing in line somewhere.

Many computer problems are performance issues that can be addressed with a “System Clean and Tune” which will remove malware, viruses, junk files and apps that slow things down, and we’ll make sure you’re system is up to date.
